Shipping Time and Schedule

– Our shipping hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
– Orders paid after 4 PM, will be processed on the next working day.
– We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method

– We use a third-party shipping agency, *EasyParcel*, or a randomly selected courier service.
Please note that *buyers cannot select the shipping method*, as our system arranges this automatically to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

– Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and order details.

Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipping

– In the event of a failed delivery, our courier will attempt a re-delivery.
– If the package is returned to us due to the buyer being unavailable, the buyer will need to pay an additional shipping fee for re-shipment.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to the customer not being present at the delivery address.
